After I came home from wv I have started seriously looking for a job. I filled out about 8 applications emailed 10 companies and sent my résumé to 17 more companies.
Last night I had an interview, it was to be a cashier at a pizza joint but hey anything is good for me.
She seemed eager to give me the job but se first has to talk to her boss. She told me to wait about 2 weeks. Until then I’ve stilled filled out more applications.
Yesterday something in have never seen before occurred, I saw my step sister cry. It shocked and surprised me. She was very upset that she won’t have her braces removed until December. She wanted them off around October so she could have her senior pictures done in the fall. I told her at least it’s not next years December, and she could get her pics in the spring that would be pretty. Her bursting into tears really threw me off.
Right now I am watching probably one of the greatest movies of all time, “Remember the Titians” there was always one part of a scene that always mesmerized me. It’s near the end when Gary’s “girl” came up to Julius and even when the coach told her she can’t be there she stuck out her hand to “finally meet” him. It’s so simple and seems insignificant yet it still speaks volumes to how her character has changed.
